The Bulls and The Heat play very different styles of basketball, so that isn't really relevant.
And, Dennis Rodman is probably one of the best defenders\rebounders of all time so unless another all time defender like him comes around in the next year and decides to sign for 1.5 mill a year thats kind of not going to happen either..
I'm not saying the Heat couldn't use a good big man. But if they did so, it would change the entire philosophy of how they play and what they are trying to do. Sometimes a drastic change is necessary, but I'm not sure they are ready to do that after making it the NBA finals 4 years in a row.
I Also agree that Melo isn't a very good fit. But they would probably wreck shite with him anyways.
I think a high energy guy who can get rebounds and some putbacks for them would be great, ala Chris Anderson, but merely as a bench player. Not a starter.
