The guy has been governor (in absentia) for six years, Louisiana's educational rankings and standards have been in toilet the entire time, he supported the standards before, and all of a sudden he's hell-bent on ridding the state of this "federal takeover"?

Few chief executives are more powerful than the governor of Louisiana. If he really cared about education in the state, he could have done something about it. Now he wants to play Monday morning quarterback?

Raji, please. No should take this as anything but cynical posturing from Jindal. Can't wait until this guy is cast into the political oblivion after his term is up.
