Have you considered the Jackson Big Rig
The Old Towne Predator 13
or the Ocean Kayak Prowler Big Game 2
The Predator and Prolwer Big Game look awesome. The Big Game is more geared toward ocean/open water fishing while the Predator is intended for shallower water applications ideally. They seem to marry both the open concept with immediately available dry storage as well as some front hatches for longer term storage. Definitely worth looking into.

Heck, I wish I could afford all of those boats!
Good food for thought. I've definitely looked at the big rig. I'm trying to use my experience on the water in my Pescador 12 to determine what I think I'll need in my next yak. So far this thread is definitely giving me some things to consider. Thanks guys![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconcheers.gif)
