why are the three fraternities with worst grades all historically black fraternal organizations?
also have to consider that this is just a comparative ranking. if the average of each fraternity's GPAs is higher than the University undergraduate mean, then the discussion shifts substantially

ATO is not a traditionally black fraternity.
But alpha phi alpha and omega psi phi both are.
