You can ignore it all you want, but when someone of another race refers to African-Americans as the n-word, it is racially motivated. Period.

Well you just moved the goal post. And I have a friend that is black as night that I can call him the n word. I can assure you it's not racial. I know many other people like that. But keep making up statistics and attaching meaning to people's words when you have no idea.

Don't conflate "racially motivated" with racism.

If I was in some situation where I wanted to hurt a black person as much as I could using a word, that's probably the one to pick. It wouldn't make me a racist, it'd make me an a-hole who is trying to hurt someone's feelings.
