Gonna completely disagree on the conception and the pregnancy.
Granted, the super-jaculation might be too powerful for a mere human vaj, but there's always artificial insemination.
As to the pregnancy, Kryptonians gain their powers through exposure to Earth's yellow sun. Unless Lois has a glass womb, the baby wouldn't get enough (or possibly any) sunlight to get any powers. That goes for Golden or Silver Age Supes.
For many retcons (like the Byrne retcon in the 80's) he didn't gain his powers until post-high school (kind of like a late-bloomer of one of Marvel's mutants, whose powers don't kick in until puberty).
So there's absolutely no reason Lois couldn't get knocked up and carry his baby to full term.

Dude, we are talking about Supes raw dogging it here. Get your turkey basters out of here.
But yeah, you're right. The baby wouldn't get it's power until it had charged up with yellow sun energy.

human cells absorb the suns radiation on a daily basis every time they are in the sun. you cant just assume the baby wouldnt be affected by that radiation at all. who knows how much yellow sun it takes to power a tiny fetus? very possible that baby destroys that woman.
i mean it doesnt apply directly, but one of the big plots in the comic "The Boys," which rips on every comic in creation, one of the character's wife gets raped by the "superman-esque" character and that baby kills his wife from inside the womb. so its been thought about in other forms before.

His sperm is faster than a speeding bullet, how you gonna collect it for artificial insemination? If he tries to shoot his load into some type of container the container won't hold up any better than Lois' womb.
