its good just about any way you do it. my favorite fish. when i deckhanded and captained offshore, that was usually the only fish i would keep for myself.

my favorite way to cook was battered in the lemon zatarain fish fry. hot oil in a cast iron skillet. delicious hot and cold. sure you can do it fancier ways than that, but that was my favorite.

make sure she stays away from some fish that are high on the food chain (possibly big dolphin) like shark, swordfish, mackerel, and tuna. they can have high mercury. chicken dolphin should be fine. BUT CHECK WITH YOUR DOC. i've heard it said pregnant women should not have more than a pound of fish per week while pregnant. Prett sure the FDA recently came out saying you should limit any fish intake during pregnancy
