Do not get the appeal of this place. Was introduced to it about 15 years ago while in Indianapolis, by people that acted like it was the greatest place ever created. Their fries are disgusting, their "steakburgers" are paper thin. The bow tie thing is weird.
Their shakes are decent. I'd go so far to say that their shakes are the best of any fast-food chain out there.
Went last year to the one in Covington when shopping at the Kohls with the wife, wanted to see if it had changed any over the years. It had not.

I get what I expect. An inexpensive fresh cooked burger w/several varieties, shoe-string fries, an adequate shake and table service. Not sure what is wrong with that.
