Oregon Gator Line is the only answer. We have miles (literally)of chain link fence to weed eat at the rec park. It's the only one I've found to last as well as perform

I purchased a 10 amp electric power head a couple of years ago. As much as I hate dealing with the extension cord, gas trimmers never hold up (well, the commercial Stihl that was stolen from my garage held up

). The electric trimmer has been great. It can use all of the same attachments as a gas trimmer.
