Kind of off topic, but I have really been enjoying the Joe Russo's Almost Dead stuff they have been playing on Jam On. I think they have only played a handful of shows, hoping they put a tour together sooner than later.

Yes! Their 12.27.13 Capitol Theater show has been heavily played over here the past few months. I was so impressed that I had planned on going to catch one of their shows in Colorado in October but I think I am going to instead catch them at Hulaween in FL. I really hope they stop in NOLA before or after Hulaween. The Joy Theater would be perfect.

eta: I'm sure most people are familiar with Bustle in Your Hedgerow, which is the parent band to Almost Dead. Here is a cool show they did last year where the played one set of Black Sabbath and one set of random covers.

I was thinking the same thing while driving today. I actually looked up their tour dates to only find two NE dates and no Southern dates.
