A Stars player had a near death heart incident and didn't want to leave the game. They constanly have teeth knocked out, concussions, broken bones, and still finish games. They fight during the game, and then proceed to wipe the blood off of them, get stitched on the bench like a prize fighter and continue playing. Not sure what flops you are talking about, because I can't think of many incidents where they have ever faked an injury.
