I'm going to hang 'em out there and say this isn't going anywhere. Believe it or not, Putin actually stepped on his own dick with his Ukraine fiasco and his support for the regime in Syria won't buy him any juice among the Saudis.

Russia is weaker internationally than they were a year ago.
