I'm glad someone got the ball rolling on this. There were going to be lawsuits anyway so why not get them started now?
I have not heard if the AG's office has issued an opinion about the validity of the signature petition since the annexations. Has anyone else heard anything?

He lives in the city and pays taxes. That's pretty much all that's required.
