I don't know what his view looked like on the first goal so I can't say who may or may not have been in his way, but it came in pretty slow and it's a save a World Cup quality European keeper has to make.
The PK should have been saved but when it's that hard from such a close range you really have to get your hands behind it or else you can't impede the ball's progress enough.

On the tactical cam it showed the keeper at the edge of his box right when Rakitic lost the ball, which meant he was backing up while Oscar was driving toward the box. As he was backing up, or as soon as he stopped, Oscar hit the ball, which meant the keeper was on his back foot and not ready to move at all. It was hit early by Oscar for good reason. It was literally the perfect shot. The keeper should have done better still.
