He should have, but Oscar hit it extremely early and it was well placed. It was a great toe poke shot, but the GK was in a really poor position.

I don't know what his view looked like on the first goal so I can't say who may or may not have been in his way, but it came in pretty slow and it's a save a World Cup quality European keeper has to make.
The PK should have been saved but when it's that hard from such a close range you really have to get your hands behind it or else you can't impede the ball's progress enough.
