He was definitely to blame for the third (but the goal shouldn't have counted as there was a foul in the buildup). And the keeping for the penalty is the same reason Celtic sent him to Russia and pushed for Forster so badly.

Initially I didn't blame the keeper much for Oscar's goal, but after re-watching a few times, he definitely should have saved it.
