Its acceptable in the fact that I am playing an open world game on a $400 machine.
If I was playing it on a higher end, more expensive machine 30fps may not be acceptable.

Would you pay $30 to get a machine that could get 60FPS at 1080p?
It won't run it on ultra but the PS4 or Xbone aren't running ultra either.
