I do. Takes some getting used to.
You need comfortable dress shoes like cole Haan with the nike air in the heel and a gel pad to stand on.
I have the muvman stool to take the pressure off my feet periodically during the day.
My desk raises and lowers electronically so I can adjust if I'm standing up, taking a break on the stool thingy or decide to sit.
Overall I like it better than sitting all day especially since I'll be doing this until I retire.
Any questions let me know.

I was going to stop you... until I read the gel pad addition. My Cole Haans are probably the most uncomfortable shoes I own with their whole "Nike Air" bullshite!
