Yea the ex military guys who get into this stuff or the special selected cops its not an issue. Big City swat and federal agencies have some high speed and tough to get into tactical teams.

The number of ex-military who have increasing numbers in local police forces are the issue. They are the source of the military mindset, to quote one "we approach the situation just like in Iraq, if you are not in our uniform, you are the enemy."
