I know this will come as a shock, but for me it's seven. I generally don't over-indulge, but I have a drink/beer/glass of wine or two. I'm about to go on one of my "no alcohol for six weeks" regimens though.

I generally have 2-3 Miller 64's every day and then a glass of pinot noir after supper. Bourbon on Fri & Sat night.
