Of course not. The problem is the line is different for everyone, as alcohol effects people differently. And relationships are different too. Getting drunk with your wife of 20 years and knocking boots is very different than getting a girl drunk on your first date and then sleeping together.

So we should be examined by a physician as we leave the bar then sign a consent agreement with a notary present?
