Grandmothers recipe for smothered chicken.
Smother some onions, one can/bottle of chipped beef, 2 cans of golden mushroom soup, green onions, white wine.
Line the bottom of the baking dish with the onions and chipped beef, chicken on top of that with pepper you don't really need extra salt, pour the 2 cans of golden mushroom soup over then chicken, add the wine, cover and bake. Add green onions when you serve.
I know the chipped beef sounds weird but it works.
