Was it a questionable call? Yes, absolutely.
So, what's the problem?

I can see both sides of that debate and if you can't...well that about sums up your baseball IQ...
Seeing the other side of the debate doesn't legitimize it. In my opinion, it was the absolutely wrong call to pull him. Why not let him come out in the 7th and see if he's still dominating? If he gives up a hit, so be it, hits happen. You can always take him out then, but why do it when he's still looking very dominant?

What if they were 7 hits and 3 runs?
It wasn't 7 hits and 3 runs. It wasn't close. You're making up completely irrelevant hypotheticals to ignore the FACT of the matter.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say you would be in a different thread bashing PM for leaving in another pitcher for too long.
Find one. Go.

Are people really still crying about one or two pitching decisions? That is supposed to define him as a coach?
I've said this numerous times on this board but there is no other program in the entire country besides South Carolina that had had a better past 7 seasons than LSU has. Criticism/debate for certain moves is perfectly reasonable but if you put emotion aside for a second, you'll realize we have one of the best coaches in the country.
Having said that, it's really time to move on from a couple of pitching decisions. We had an exciting run to end the season and won a SEC Tournament Championship in the process. We got a top 8 National Seed when a month before that most people said we had no chance and probably wouldn't host at all. It's time to turn the page and look toward next season.

Didn't you ask what would his numbers have been 2 innings later? So I guess that isn't making up hypotheticals to try and prove your point?
It isn't irrelevant at all. You are the one who asked how would the numbers have looked in two innings. The answer is it doesn't matter because he came out, so you didn't get to see the numbers 2 innings later.

You aren't the sharpest tool in the shed are you? Obviously that comment was related to the hypothetical about Bouman giving up runs if he came back out. I made the statement because you seem to be one of those awesome fans that bitches no matter what happens.
