Also didn't mention in the first post my two month old daughter has been diagnosed with auditory neuropathy, so my wife will not be able to go back to work with all the Dr appt an therapy sessions she will have to attend. So more bills and less income by alot is in our immediate future until I deploy.
Well my wife said she will be getting rid of her smart phone for a older flip phone which will take 70 off our monthly bill, also have 3 months left on direct TV contract then bye, bye satellite. We are going to just use WiFi and stream as much stuff from Netflix and other sites as possible. So with out DtV we save another 150. So far saving a extra 220 a month is a good start I'm sure will figure out other things we can live with out.

They also charge for a modem rental
Just go buy one off Amazon using the prime subscription you purchased to save money on your cable package.
win/win

if you call and try and cancel today, they will probably take at least $20 off your bill. you can also cut your package to a lower one. then in 3 mos, cancel it when contract is up.

Tell your wife to start learning how to coupon. I can get nearly every free or close to it with coupons. Seriously, you should never EVER pay for shampoo, soap, toothpaste, bodywash, razors, etc. etc
Where are yall located? I can give her weekly inserts as well. I have the hookup with 2 paper ladies and get 200 papers a week so I don't have to buy them
This is a a receipt from the other day. I bought 1 16pack double roll of charmin toilet paper, 1 46z tide detergent, 5 9oz dawn dish soap, 10 almay lipgloss, 10 almay eyeshadows.. My subtotal after taxes and coupons was .33 and tax was 5.77, so my total was $6.10 or .36 per item. I did this transaction 5 times AND I earned 5.00 in points for every transaction I did
I am going to do a huge haul today and get .25 packs of pasta noodles, free kings Hawaiian rolls, .14 per pack of hot dogs, .19 for boxes of tissue, community coffee and all detergent for around .60 each, and free shampoo and conditioners....
If she has the time to do it, its definitely worth doing it. You save a ton of money!
Good luck!

Congrats on the savings. Please tell me you let folks cut you in line if they only have 1 or two items before you confuse the ever living shite out of the cashier.

Always confused how you can use multiple coupons for one item to get it next to nothing. They usually say you can't.
