Dealing with the assholes who answer the phone with united is never a good experience.

You can't ask them how long it will be.
you can't get a thank you for your service.
you have to call back every 5 minutes the cab isn't there.
You have to wait outside for the bar or house until they show up mostly. A few good cabbies will call you to let you know they're on the way.
Their cars are dirty.
They often smell like shite. Cigarette smoke is an issue.
I gotta wait on the assholes to run my CC because half the time they claim to be broken bc they want cash only.
Half are talking on the phone in a foreign language for the duration of the trip.
Overall just shite customer service.
Shall I go on?
