Averaging for 273 miles?? Yes it is. I'm sorry, I don't think the entire population on I10 is clipping over the Basin bridge at 78 MPH. No time I have ever gone over it anyway.

Just stay out of the left lane gramps. It's not like there are surface streets between Houston and BR. It's interstate the entire way. 78 mph is nothing.

He's like the people who say they drive BR to Nola in 45 mins. It just doesn't happen.
