Well now this is different. I think OP is talking morally/ethically. Otherwise you'll need to add fitness, intelligence, artistic ability, memory, work ethic, health, and others if you really want to say who is a "better" human

Fitness - tie
intelligence - me
artistic ability - her
memory - me
work ethic - tie
health - tie
But she is still better than me. I just make better ethical choices than she does. And am smarter than she is. but almost everyone would prefer her to me. even my mother.
