A combination of smaller low rolling resistance tires, less lift, minimizing turbo boost,bed cover, smaller mirrors, keep weight in truck to a min., mild tune will probably get you up to around 18-19 mpg. Sure you can get 25mpg at 70mph just coasting but you can not average it.
