We all know that we are practically forced to tip service industry workers 15-20%. Tipping has spilled over into a lot of other jobs. For the following professions, is it expected that you tip, and what do you usually tip?:

-Coffee shop workers
-bus boys(like when you pay at the counter and leave your trash on the table)
-Deli/counter restaurant workers with tip jar
-Sonic (or similar) food hoppers
-pizza delivery guys
-hotel bell boys
-hotel room service
-hotel maids
-valet parkers
-casino dealers
-movers
-shuttle bus drivers
-taxi cab drivers
-miscellaneous guides/ instructors(i.e. Ski instructors)
-curbside baggage check at airports
-oil change techs
-car wash attendants
-barber

And anyone else I forget to mention

I tip my service writer and tech at least $10.00 each. My repairs are always lightning quick and most if out of warranty are done goodwill or at cost.

Valet parkers

I have a rule: if parking is free, I tip the valet. Valets in NOLA don't get shite from me, especially since it costs $50 plus typically at a hotel there.
