I'm not fine with it if he just went in there and beat the shite out of him.
Now, if he's warned the kids parents and the kids parents have done nothing, then we're going to have a problem on our hands between adults.

Good thing for the case in point that the 11 year old doesn't have a father in the picture - as was mentioned in the OP if you bothered to read it.
