Is taking that 1 home game away form Tiger Stadium going to bankrupt the local economy and cause business to go under? I think not. It's 1 freaking home game we are moving.

it hurts a lot more when our OOC schedule is as bad as it is next season

It's a MASSIVE amount of money we're talking about. 30-50 million is a conservative estimate for the impact on the local and state economies from just one game. LSU put out a report in April talking about just how large the impact is.

This would be a great question for the major sponsors that pay millions per year to LSU. Lots of those sponsors are local companies or have local offices/locations.
