Besides the fact that Comcast is the worst company in America and provides maybe the worst streaming performance of any ISP, a bad configuration can impact streaming.
Make sure your on a good wireless channel if your streaming from wifi. Channels 1, 6, and 11 are non overlapping if your on 2.4ghz. If you have the ability to go 5ghz do so, much less crowded.

Comcast Houston for me too. I don't have "High speed BLAST Internet", but I didn't have an issue
