I guarantee you there aren't 8 schools who spend more on baseball or have better facilities than LSU. We should be expected to at least win a couple games in Omaha more than once every five years.
ETA: I definitely didn't say we should win it all every year, but since 2009 the team has been to Omaha once. In that one trip, they set a record for worst CWS performance ever. We haven't won a game in Omaha in five years.
