The article is terrible, and the source for the specific Arena teams listed is "Numerous references".
His official website bio doesn't list any teams, only says he "pursed career as an Arena league QB" and failed.
It's a throw-away line on the bio; its pretty clear that he did not have any success.
The only thing I can find mentioning teams in might have been a prior bio is "As a result of his relentless training and hard work, he began to garner interest from some Arena League teams. During a four-year period from 2003–2007, George had short stints with four different teams: the Chicago Rush, Bossier-Shreveport Battle Wings, Louisville Fire, and the now defunct Memphis Xplorers."
As long as he was given a tryout for those teams, as far as I'm concerned the statement is accurate. The whole point of the line is that he tried to be an Arena League QB but didn't make it. The fact that he has no stats as an Arena League QB is not at all at odds with the statement.
It's pretty clear that he spent a couple of years training and trying to play Arena ball and failed at it. Unless there is some other bio with specific claims about Arena League playing time that I haven't seen, this is a bunch of nothing.

Actually the bio has been updated it originally read "arena league QB 2002-2006."
And he does know and he did care and was pissed.
Tim Fletcher Show transcript.
Though apparently it's a summary of what was said because they talked more about it on air than just the amount that's covered on the link.
