I am so happy to read this story. My wife's uncle drowned in his car after it was hit on the causeway by another driver who did not report it and continued to drive. That bridge has always made her uneasy since that bad situation, and could have been prevented by something like this. I know his situation was different as it was early morning, but its still reassuring that there are people who go above and beyond to help out.

I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully this will make your wife feel less uneasy about crossing the bridge. It's wonderful to see people stepping up to the plate in times of crisis. Kudos to all of the people who helped.
