I hope he wins.

His arguments about a double standard, or at least about how his punishment is about 1,000x other similar examples are spot on.

I believe they are agreeing to sell so they can separate from the idea that any damage will continue to be done to the league.

He's been damaged, instead of three billion for his team he only got two billion.

We all know this probably isn't going to end up happening, right?

Now the being declared incompetent makes sense.

Discriminating against the poor old Jewish fellow who is mentally incompetent. Forcing him to sell his team.

$2 billion for the team.
$1 billion to be made whole.

Yeah, the NBA really showed that old racist.

My only issue with this debacle is the pitchforks and torches aspect of this. This big arse witch hunt of an old man saying dumb shite is one of the creepiest things I've ever seen be publicly accepted. It's bizzarre.

I want to see the legal arguments over whether Sterling has standing and whether he is competent to file suit. The Sterling Family Trust has determined he is incapable of fulfilling his duties as trustee of the trust that actually owns the team. That is the face they put on the announcement of the sales agreement with Ballmer. How can Sterling sue if he is not fit to act as trustee for the trust that owns the team?
