Once, when I was 8-9 I had gotten a cheap bow and arrow set for my birthday.
I was in the front yard shooting the arrow at the ground and a police officer drove by and saw.
He pulled into the driveway and the pucker factor went to 9/10
Came up and asked to talk to my mom.
Told her per city ordinance I wasn't able to do that as bow an arrow weren't allowed in the city.
He didn't even kill my dog or any family members though, which would have been well within his right for responding to this type of incident. So
