Teachers should receive free tuition with a 20 year contract. If you quit prior, you repay in totality.

If they can't hack the 20 year committment, eliminate the middle man and enroll at Champions Real Estate School right after HS graduation.

Teachers already get deals on fed loans. As do most other public servants.

Go to school, choose income based repayment, pay for 10 years, and you're released from the leftover as long as you stay in a public service position.

Aren't there already 10-year and 20-year public forgiveness programs?

And they should be paid well, for a year round school year, to attract a higher cut of human being to a thankless profession that our future depends on in a global labor market.

We've got a billion Asians coming up into the global middle class, over the next decade, it's time for drastic measures.
