Hope they have their helicopter circling around to chase down the violators who turn around to avoid the checkpoint!

Statistics have proven that having an expired inspection sticker can lead to a lifetime of crime later.
If Bonnie and Clyde had been issued a ticket for an expired inspection, they would have learned a lesson and not started robbing banks and killing people.
