I looked down and was doing 60 right after it opened. And then a day or two later is when I saw a cop pulling someone over. I'm not sure where they run radar, but I think it's at that little church/school place almost down on the Highland side of Staring, with that cross in the front lttle grassy area of the parking lot (I've seen them run radar there YEARS ago). I've had to resort to either using cruise control or making sure I have a good buffer of speeders in front of me.
