OP updated with new episodes. Looks like this week we finally get to Bellivia (BOOOOOOOO). But the good news is that I think that arc doesn't last more than a couple episodes (maybe 3), so we should get completely through it this week.
As usual, I will post my discussion on the current episodes shortly, and respond to Myth's as well. Hopefully TH, jamsmiley, and others will continue to join in. Also, LSUBoo and HoustonChick are watching the series now as well. I talked to them on FB about joining the thread, but they were hesitant for fear of spoilers. But hopefully they will decide to join in at some point, and if they do, I'm sure we can help them out in that regard and make sure we label spoilerish discussion and whatnot. Would be nice to get some new blood in here, especially first time watchers.

Immortality.
Altverse. Booyah!
Fauxlivia looking badass. I'm not crazy about red hair, but I think it's those pants she wears that I dig. And her walk.
Charlie has a fan in this bug chick, and she's hot. Question: Do we know how the frick Charlie got spiders? IN HIS frickING BLOOD? That is awful, and I would not handle that well.
Ole Walternate likes him some Asian hookers? Nice.
So far this episode is very filler and sort of Monster of the Week. I like the angle with the bugs, and it's cool that he didn't infect Liv in the end, but it all seems so....pointless I guess.
Pregnant. Yup...I remember that from before. And obviously it's Peter's, though I don't remember what ends up happening from this though.
6B.
Walter playing Cupid with Peter and Liv is hilarious. He makes breakfast and just peaces out once she gets there.
Of course Liv immediately tries to bolt instead of talking about ANYTHING. She says "She's the one who took this away...not me," but it isn't fricking Peter either, girl. Calm down. Damn.
Then she wants it.
Then she doesn't.
So wait, they think that the building could be a soft spot and that the people on the balcony just fell straight through the concrete...yet they're out there standing around chilling on it like it's NBD? Hilarious (and stupid).
Ornery Walter is so awesome.
So I'm confused...the original bus thing was an event or not? Was that a "hole" or vortex or whatever that was seasled shut or not? I don't think it was because it was just encased within the bus...it's not like it's in a single spot in our universe. Or was the whole point of that scene just to point out that they had tampered with the amber just in case an event happened..?
Not much to say about this episode but I am glad we are finally getting some more "universe collision" stuff.
I do think the whole "they are both longing for each other and that is what is making this vortex happen" angle/explanation is kinda stupid. Seems like a weak explanation for what was going on...and if something as simple as that can start colliding universes, then we are all fricked.
Oh, and now Liv wants it again...of course she does. Women be shoppin', man.
Subject 13.
Still love the old 80s digital opening. It's awesome.
Why don't they just explain to Peter what happened? He clearly knows that they aren't his parents, and on top of that, he knows that this isn't even where he's from (he's from "the place at the bottom of the lake"). Just explain to him what happened and why, and that they are working on getting him home as soon as possible. Maybe then he'll at least accept you as foster parents and not try to escape all the damn time.
Also, why doesn't he remember any of this? I assume it eventually has to do with him falling into the lake again (when September saves him) and his memories get lost? He's, what, like almost ten years old or so, which should easily be old enough to recall shite like this. Same with Olivia...how does she not retain any of these memories? is it the cortexiphan or something? Clearly "Doctor Walter" is a HUGE part of her life during this time, yet she has no recollection of any of these things happening? I hope we get explanations for this, because it seems like SUPER lazy writing right now.
Just wanted to say that Joust on Atari is a pretty horrible game.
It's weird seeing the experiments on Liv. Crazy to think about people going through shite like that during emotional testing throughout history.
Okay, this is confusing...so the prank with the dark and the dead kid made her react and cause the fire. So did she run away after that, or did she morph out of there and into the field? And is that in this universe or the other universe? Seems like it has to be this one because Peter is here, but then she goes into Walter's office and talks to him but he isn't there (was that Walternate?). What the frick?
Pretty boring episode. Seems like it was all set up to get Walternate to realize that our Walter crossed over and took Peter.
All in all, these were three pretty boring episodes. I still enjoyed them, but nothing at all really happened..and I was left with a lot of questions. Things seem to be slowing down a lot..I wonder if this is when the show starts to lull a bit. I guess we shall see. And I'm not pumped about Bellivia coming in the next few, but at least I feel like those episodes were prety good (just that the Bellivia angle was so bad).
