If we are in a full blown war with shapeshifters from another dimension shouldn't we be administering some form of daily blood test to all people in power? Wouldn't be hard since their blood is Mercury.

Agreed. As dangerous as these people are (I mean, they jump universes, are robots, bleed metal, can look like any person on Earth, and have already killed agents), nobody seems to want to put any sort of security measures into place.

So they bring the wife to get a reaction from Vanhornbot and once they actually get one, everyone freaks out and the unplug him.

I thought the same thing. Broyles called that off way too fast.
quote:

That was an incredibly weak effort by Fauxlivia to find Officer Friendly. She arrived upstairs almost as fast as Peter. If he checked to see who exited the building it would be apparent she didn't even try to find the guy. Either weak effort by Fauxlivia or terrible direction of that scene.

It's like you're reading my mind. When I'm watching, I find it harder and harder to believe that between Peter, Broyles, Walter, and Astrid, nobody remotely realizes that this is Fauxlivia. I mean, it's not like they don't know that there is an exact replica of Liv and that they've come into contact with her and that they were all separated and that now this one is acting weird. And for frick's sake, Peter, try a little bodily foreplay and try to notice the fricking tattoo on the back of her neck.
quote:

I don't like the Peter Hallucination. One thing to see glimpses here and there of things that remind her of her old memories but Peter straight up trying to convince her through conversation doesn't work for me.

Agree completely. It always feels SO out of place and forced. It's one thing to be like "You know who I am...come home," but he straight up helps her solve cases now? GTFO, Fringe. It's not actually Peter, so no way in hell he should be doing that.

Also since it is 3rd season, I see Torv must have said no to bra and panties.

Yeah, the dress was a little disappointing.
quote:

This isn't some unexplained phenomena. He used similar vibrational tech to go through walls that was used by the David Robert Jones gang.

Only thing I'll say with that is that DRJ and that tech was in the regular universe, and not the altverse. Other than that, I got nothing.
quote:

I still don't believe the Feds would allow Peter to keep a key piece of tremendously dangerous tech in an unprotected office lab.

Why doesn't Walter explain to Peter the actual danger and his reasoning why Peter shouldn't use the device? If he explained it just like he did with Nina, maybe Peter would slow down.

Both of these bothered me, especially with Walter. It's the same thing as before where if he'd have explained exactly what happened after he stole Peter from the other side, Peter may have opened up a little, instead of just letting Peter be like "You stole me, the end."
quote:

How is Peter's picture on the drawing of the device? Is the drawing from the future? Did the observers create the document? If so, why would they try to keep Peter from using the device?

I don't have a problem with him being on it. The problem I have is that why show fire (or whatever...lasers??) coming out of his eyes. It's pretty clear that the picture is a depiction of something bad happening to Peter, yet he's all gung fricking ho about dabbling more and more with the machine. Tempting fate, and we know what eventually happens..

Similar to Lost. About 85% of the crap that went down, wouldn't have gone down if the Lostaways had just had a normal conversation.
