Gotcha, it just didnt feel like it belonged, i even went back and made sure i didnt skip episodes 
So is there a good time where i should watch that episode 21 again ?

Before the finale of season 1. Not sure if there were any other plot problems but it seems like it would have worked better at any point before she visits the Alternate Universe.
Not sure why Netflix sticks it at the end of season 1.
As I said, a few episodes into season 2 it will become apparent why it CAN'T work where they showed it originally in season 2.
