Go to Augustiner Keller. It is far and away the best beer hall in Munich, IMO. Augustiner is delicious and so is the food. Definitely visit the English Gardens and see the Rathaus Glockenspiel. Schloss Nymphenburg is cool and so are many of the surrounding area Schlosses (castles), including Neuschwanstein to the south. Staying in Fussen one night is definitely worth it.
Rothenburg ob der Tauber is really cool, too. It's a preserved medieval town not too terribly far from Munich to the north.
Dachau is also very interesting.
