At my parents house, I ran a bunch of carpet drying fans after I pulled everything outside, ripped out Sheetrock, and sprayed studs with bleach. Dunno how well it kept mold out because they sold the place, but it definitely dried out within two days(5000sqft).
I also opened all of the windows and doors to let fresh air flow through
