So the car was parked in front of a vacant lot, not in front of their own lot/house? It may be a dick move but I'd check the law. Just sayin'

You got absolutely nothing here. One cannot damage someone else's property without repercussions regardless if it is "legally" parked or not.

No we have extended yards he just decided to park 80 yards away from his driveway i guess right behind my driveway looked like the perfect spot Its my fault i accept that but still a little pissed he parked behind me though.
