There's a "moral turpitude" clause in all NBA contracts, IIRC.

That's why the Wizards could have terminated Gilbert Arenas' deal after all the bullshite with the guns in the locker room, though they chose not to do so.

I wonder if you could use that clause if you traded for him after the incident occurred and was publicly-known.
