At an earlier press conference Tuesday, Sheriff Judd said an ROTC student, 14, found her mother, another woman and a man shot dead at her home early Monday when she returned home from a weekend trip. She told one of the chaperones, her ROTC Sergeant Major, what she found, and they contacted the emergency responders.
The victims have been identified as the suspect's sister 31-year-old Danyala Smith, 28-year-old Miranda Mims, and Ni'Kosi Williams.

Also, A lot of people work in the Cedar Bluff Area. There is also a major hospital there. They have shut down two major roads while this is going on.
