hypotheticals are pretty hard to answer honestly.

I would say that I doubt it would change my opinion but until such time as that happens (or preferrably doesn't happen), I dont know

I am pro sensible gun control, i.e. background checks and short waiting periods.

Background checks and waiting periods do not and will not stop criminals from getting guns. And that is something the left does not realize.

Hard to say. Until you've been in that position you never know. Different folks would react differently.

I'd probably hope the vigilante laws would be relaxed.
