You need to check what your truck is rated to tow and how much the trailer weighs.
Probably looking at around $250, maybe less, for the hitch install.
Definitely get a brake controller.
How far are you looking to pull it? From where to where?

Idk how far yet. To my next job not far maybe 30-40 miles but to bring back home almost 200 miles. I always heard that the hitches were like over 1k.
